If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can change or cancel your order by contacting us on customercare@shoebox.co.za. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to log a return when it arrives.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates vary based on your location and order value, and you can view your exact rate during checkout.
To track your order, visit your account page here and select the order you want to track. There will be a tracking link and waybill number on the order information page.
Delivery times vary based on your location, and can take anywhere from 2-5 days. If you are in a main center, you should receive your order 2-3 days after it has been dispatched. If you are in an outlying area, you should receive your order 3-5 days after it has been dispatched. When your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details and a link to track your order. Please note it can take up to 24 hours after fulfillment for the tracking URL to become active.
We don't provide shipping outside of South Africa.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can view our full return policy here.
In order to request a return, you need to visit your account page here and select the order that you want to return from your order history list. Once you have requested a return, our team will be notified, and if your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with collection details.
Once we have received your return items for refund, we will inspect the items and process the refund via your original payment method, or credit your account. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to reflect, depending on your bank, and store credit is usually available within 24 hours. You can view your store credit balance on your account page.
Account & Support
If you want to create an account, you can do so here. However, you can also purchase as a guest. If you purchase as a guest and created an account or download our app afterwards, your order histroy will still be visible, provided you use the same email address.
